Looking ahead, the team focused on reducing manual workloads by introducing a WhatsApp automation system. This system enabled class participants to receive timely notifications and reminders. Additionally, it was designed to deliver daily short messages on first aid lessons, extending community service and promoting life-saving knowledge to a wider audience.
