To support well-being, the National Headquarters sponsors weekly badminton court rentals for corporate trainers, promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. Additionally, breakfast and meal allowances are now provided during classes, and free uniforms are offered to active trainers and facilitators. Believing in collective growth, the team organizes Trainers Development Day on the last Sunday of every month. Trainers are also encouraged to upskill through external training opportunities, and an annual Trainers Retreat is held to foster team bonding and professional development.
