The team implemented a new system to standardize electronic certificates for commercial first aid training. These digital credentials, powered by blockchain technology, are secure, verifiable, and fraud-resistant. This innovation not only enhances credibility but also simplifies certificate management. This year, as the National HQ piloted the system, 752 digital credentials were issued.
