Over 20 staffs from MNRB and Takaful volunteered to attend first aid class conducted by St. John Ambulance of Malaysia.
Participants learnt basic first aid and practical skills like CPR+AED, dressings and bandaging, recovery position, management of choking and management of fractures.
At the end of the 2-day course, participants were given a scenario to put to use the knowledge that they have learnt. Mistakes tend to happen but it is always part of learning process.
Trainers for the session were Chew Hoong Ling and Wong Sin Jie.
