About 100 hotel staff members were trained and certified in First Aid at Workplace in 7 classes held at 6 states nationwide. Classes were conducted in Penang, Melaka, Kelantan, Johor, Pahang and Kuala Lumpur by the local establishments and SJAM NHQ.
